Cancellation policy
If you made your reservation through our page you can cancel 48hs prior to departure time and receive a full refund. We are not able to refund last minute cancellations unfortunately. If you made the reservation in other platform terms and conditions are different. We always recommend you to book through our official page cyclingtourbarcelona.com.
What events are covered (full refund): the following events are covered under this Policy if they affect your reservation location, occur after the time of booking and prevent or legally prohibit completion of a future or ongoing reservation (referred to in this Policy as “Events”):
Declared public health emergencies and epidemics. Government-declared epidemics, pandemics and public health emergencies. This does not include diseases that are endemic (for example, the flu) or commonly associated with an area (for example, malaria in Thailand). COVID-19 is not covered under this Major Disruptive Events Policy.
Government travel restrictions. Mandatory travel restrictions imposed by a governmental agency, such as an evacuation order. This does not include non-binding travel advisories and similar government guidance.
Military actions and other hostilities. Acts of war, hostilities, invasions, civil war, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots and insurrection.
Natural disasters. Natural disasters and other severe weather events. Weather or natural conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in a given location
Rain. Tour will be cancel in case or rain, this rule applies when is raining in the starting time.
What is not covered and not applied for a refund: We understand that other circumstances outside of your control may disrupt your plans. In any situation not listed above, your reservation remains subject to the host’s cancellation policy for the listing.
Examples of common events not covered by this policy include:
Events that affect a guest or their ability to travel
Unexpected injury or illness
Government obligations like jury duty or court appearances
Non-binding travel advisories or other government guidance that fall short of a travel ban or prohibition
Cancellation or rescheduling of an event for which the reservation was made
Transport disruptions unrelated to a covered Event, such as airline insolvency, transport strikes and road closures due to maintenance.
Can I reschedule the day of my booking?
If the tour is starting in less than 48hs you can reschedule your booking to other day if we have booking already in that new date that you choose.

Whats is included?
Our tour includes bikes, one small bottle of mineral water and photos taken with a Camera Nikon Reflex
What type of tour we offer?
We have two kind of tour, the places we will visit are the same in both tours, the difference is that one of them we are finishing testing tapas in a typical Spanish restaurant.
How long it last the tour?
Our tour with tapas in the end it last around 4hs, tour with out tapas is around 3 ½ hs.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes and in summer time we recommend you to bring sunscreen.
Is the cycling tough?
The cycling is pretty easy, we have had around 2.000 people join us and all of them finished the tour with out problems, the city is flat and is easy to go around, we will do around 8 miles (13km).
How and when we receive the photos?
Every time that I take a photo, my camera is sending that photo to my phone so you will get the photos right after we finish the tour, I can pass you the photos using Airdrop, Google Drive, WhatsApp, Telegram. Whatever is suitable for you.
Are the photos included in the price of the tour?
Yes, they are included in the price of the tour, you don't have to pay extra.
How many photos is included with the price?
As much has you want, we will do photos in each stop.
I Pay tour with tapas?
Tapas are included in the price of the tour, you dont have to pay extra, Once we finish the bike tour we will go to eat tapas to a tipical Spanish restarante
